October 24 - WYTSA Collection for Blue Star
Last year the WYTSA collected items to send overseas to our deployed troops. We are again opening up collection for this cause.
Items can be dropped off at the concession stand at Fords Middle.
Most important items needed by troops...

. Bug spray/wipes

. **Wet ones wipes in individual packets & travel packets of baby wipes

. ** Snack Items, (Slim Jims, Beef Jerky, trail mix, dried fruits, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, small snack sized cookies or crackers, Cereal and Granola bars, small packs of Nuts, pop tarts, microwave popcorn )

. **Gum

. **Protein Bars / Cliff bars

. **Hand warmers ( individual packs please)

. Coffee packets , Tea Bags, & Hot Cocoa

. ** Hard candy.. ( life savers, jolly ranchers, mints, butterscotch, breath mints etc)

. Shaving cream in tubes only NO cans

. Razors for both Men & Women

. **Chap stick

. ** Eye moisture drops for dry eye

. Q-Tips in travel size only

. ** Small powered drink mixes ( individual packets to add to water bottles) The Crystal Light brand is highly preferred by troops.

. Lens wipes, individual size packets

.Tuna/Chicken salad in pouches NO cans

. Small boxes or bowls of individual cereal, hot cereal/ oatmeal

.Female Hygiene Products (deodorant powder, feminine wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons, etc.)

. Deodorant for both Men & Women

. Sunblock in tubes or sticks for face or Lips NO cans

.** Large 1 or 2 gal size Ziploc type bags for storing toiletries, clothing, etc. to protect from sand, and other weather conditions troops endure.

. Microwave foods , Ramen Noodles

.Tissues – travel size packets

. Batteries (any size)

. Socks (white, black, tan or green – cotton, wool)

.** Foot Powder ( gold bond preferred ) & Insoles for boots , moleskin

. Medical items ( Aspirin, Tylenol, ibuprofen, cough drops, vitamin C drops, Allergy , cough/ cold, tums, athletes foot ointment, vitamins for both Men & women etc)

. Hand held electronic games, Cds & Dvds , Crossword puzzles, sudoku, paperback books,

September 4 - Free Training Clinics

Woodbridge Soccer is please to announce free training clinics for all players registered for the Fall 2014 season. The clinics will be held every Sunday at Fords Middle School and will be organized by trainers from the New York Red Bulls. 

Players in the Yellow and Orange Divisions will train from 9am-10am. Players in the Red and Green Divisions will train from 10am-11am. Players in the Blue and Silver Divisions will train from 11am-12pm.
